Preferred Vendors
Welcome, and thank you for partnering with LREI Property Management LLC
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we ask that you provide the required business information so we can properly set you up in our management systems. We utilize Rentvine as our property management platform and Property Meld as our maintenance coordination software. Property Meld will serve as the primary system for submitting, managing, and tracking work orders (referred to as “melds”).
Once your account setup is complete, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to access your dedicated vendor dashboard. Through this dashboard, you will be able to:
- Review and manage assigned work orders (melds)
- Schedule service appointments
- Submit estimates and invoices
- Communicate directly with residents and LREI team members
Additional onboarding information and training resources will be provided once your Property Meld account is activated.
Please note that all invoices must be submitted through Property Meld. Payments are processed on net 30 terms. LREI retains a preferred vendor markup of 5–10% on the total invoice amount. Further details regarding our vendor markup policy are available in the link below.
