We also post to Craigs List, Facebook Marketplace, GoSection8.com, place signs in yards, signs on apartment buildings, use banners as needed, and maintain a list of prospective tenants.

We use Tenant Turner lead management software to provide instant responses to all tenant leads emails and phone calls. We have automated and repeated follow up throughout each step of the leasing process. We keep leads engaged and repurpose them for your other available rentals.

We think setting and meeting expectations is a good basis for any relationship, so here’s the expectations we set for ourselves. We aim to answer 80% of your calls in 20 seconds or less. A unique code can be generated for each vendor, providing secure access. Plus, the date and time of access are recorded, providing you with information on when the vendor accessed the property.

We use these in Facebook and Craigs List postings. Most major sites strip our hyperlinks and we cannot use them on Zillow and other sites.
In addition to the 20-25 color, wide-angle photos for all of our listings, we also shoot a quality video of the home to show off its unique features and give the viewer a better feel for the layout of the home that you just can’t get from photos. A professional intro and outro clip is added to the video and uploaded to our YouTube account to attract more attention to your home. Using video allows us to reach more potential tenants so you have a bigger pool of quality renters interested in renting your property.
