Stephanie Smith
Founder & Owner
Stephanie Smith founded LREI Property Management in 2017, driven by a commitment to delivering transparent, reliable, and people-focused property management services across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Certification in Dispute Resolution from Sullivan University, bringing a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving to every interaction.

Chrystal Stoudemire
Senior Property Manager
Chrystal has been performing Property Management for 16 years. She started out as a Leasing Agent and moved up in different roles. Chrystal was nominated for the 2019 Distinguished Service Award for Property Manager of the Year.

Clay Smith
Project Manager
Clay is a former US Marine Military Policeman. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and an MBA from Sullivan University. In addition, Clay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and LEAN process leader. He is also a board member of the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association. An avid investor and rehabber, he is a licensed contractor and bought and sold over 200 real estate investments.

Grace Cox
Executive Director of Finance
Grace has worked in the banking industry and most recently joined LREI handling Accounts Payable and general bookkeeping.

Rick Massey
Director of Renovations & Contracting
Skilled and experienced in planning, procurement, and execution of project management. Experienced in managing multi-million dollar construction projects, coordinating a workforce team of subcontractors, and performing budget allocation. Rick has worked as a Director of Maintenance managing teams of Facility Maintenance Technicians for the past decade.

Muhammad Anas
Maintenance Coordinator
As a Maintenance Coordinator at LREI, I take pride in ensuring that every property is well-maintained, safe, and fully functional for our residents and owners. With a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills, I work closely with in-house techs, vendors, tenants, and property owners to address maintenance needs efficiently and effectively. My goal is to provide seamless solutions that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing soccer, watching series, and diving into a good book. I believe that attention to detail and clear communication are key to maintaining exceptional properties.

David Bennett
Property Inspector and Photography
David has worked in real estate as owner/landlord, as Leasing Representative and Property Manager. He holds a BA from University of Louisville and is a graduate of Weikel Real Estate School. David earned Professional Residential Property Manager Certification in October 2017. He is a member of Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association.

Jeremiah Butts
Property Manager
Jeremiah conducts property inspections before, during, and after tenant occupancy, ensuring that owners stay informed about the maintenance-needs and condition of their real estate asset(s). He also maintains an active real estate license in Kentucky.

John Ghem
Project Manager
As a key member of our property management team, John plays a crucial role in transforming rental properties into attractive, functional, and quality living spaces. His expertise contributes to enhancing the tenant experience and increasing property value through thoughtful and efficient remodeling projects.

Justin Leanhart
Senior Director of Field Operations and Business Development Manager
Justin has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. He has twenty+ years of experience in Sales and the Customer Service industry. He is a member of Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association, and is also in pursuit of his Real Estate license. Justin is the primary point of contact for New Owners and onboarding new properties with the company.

Marvin Ray Tamayo
Leasing Agent
Marvin is at the forefront of selecting the ideal tenants to join our residential communities. His meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to evaluate applicants contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality in our tenant selection process.

Paulus Quintana
Onboarding and Sales Specialist
I serve as the first point of contact for new property owners and clients joining our management portfolio. My role focuses on ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience by guiding owners through account setup, gathering essential documentation, and clearly communicating expectations, policies, and next steps. I also support the sales process by responding to inquiries, presenting our services, and helping potential clients understand how LREI can maximize the performance of their investments.

Tisha Reed
Accounting Specialist
Tisha has been in the Property Management field for 11+ years. She has experience in leasing, field work, and other administrative tasks. She also has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She assists our residents with their concerns, owns the delinquency process, and partners with our Property Managers on all field operations.

Venessa Vasquez
Leasing Manager
Vanessa has worked as a professional administrative assistant for several years. She joined LREI in 2017 and handles eviction coordination, late pay notification, responds to potential resident inquiries and monitors email communications.
