In 2017 Joslynn earned her Associates Degree at the College of Lake County in Chicago IL. She has been in property management a short time but has worked with the public for over 10 years, and customer service for 8 years. She loves to help people, willing to learn more and grow within the company. She always brings positivity to any situation. If there is something she doesn't know, she will not stop until she finds the answer. Willing to go above and beyond for anyone. Very professional and efficient at all times. She is here to help and put a smile on your face.

John joined LREI in 2019 with 6 years in facility maintenance experience. Before that, he had 10 years experience in industrial manufacturing including welding and fabrication.

Marvin started out as part of contact solutions for healthcare companies. Later on, became a manager of customer service and technical support for a major bank. In 2017, Marvin began his journey to real estate as a member of marketing/creative teams. Now with LREI, He is part of the maintenance, billing, and leasing teams

Tisha has been in the Property Management field for 11+ years. She has experience in leasing, field work, and other administrative tasks. She also has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She assists our residents with their concerns, owns the delinquency process, and partners with our Property Managers on all field operations.

Noemi is our bilingual administrative coordinator assisting with sales, billing, and service teams. She had 4 years of customer service experience prior to joining LREI. This is her first time in the real estate / property management field, but has adapted to and exceled in her role.

David has worked in real estate as owner/landlord, as Leasing Representative and Property Manager. He holds a BA from University of Louisville and is a graduate of Weikel Real Estate School. David earned Professional Residential Property Manager Certification in October 2017. He is a member of Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association.

Clay Smith

Director of Technology

Clay is a former US Marine Military Policeman. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and an MBA from Sullivan University. In addition, Clay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and LEAN process leader. He is also a board member of the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association. An avid investor and rehabber, he is a licensed contractor and bought and sold over 200 real estate investments.

Vanessa has worked as a professional administrative assistant for several years. She joined LREI in 2017 and handles eviction coordination, late pay notification, responds to potential resident inquiries and monitors email communications.

Skilled and experienced in planning, procurement, and execution of project management. Experienced in managing multi-million dollar construction projects, coordinating a workforce team of subcontractors, and performing budget allocation. Rick has worked as a Director of Maintenance managing teams of Facility Maintenance Technicians for the past decade.

Lindsey has numerous years of customer service experience in banking and marketing. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Sullivan University.

Chrystal has been performing Property Management for 17 years. She started out as a Leasing Agent and moved up in different roles. Chrystal was nominated for the 2019 Distinguished Service Award for Property Manager of the Year.

Stephanie has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and is certified in Dispute Resolution from Sullivan University. She has 8 years of professional recruiting experience and is a Certified Internet Recruiter.

Grace has nearly 20 years experience in the finance industry. Starting as a bank teller and moving on to branch management for several years. She then went on to start her own bookkeeping business and joined LREI as Director of Finance in 2018.

Justin Leanhart

Director of Field Operations and Business Development Manager

Justin has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. He has twenty years of experience in Sales and the Customer Service industry. He is a member of Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association, and is also in pursuit of his Real Estate license. Justin is the primary point of contact for New Owners and onboarding new properties with the company.

Prior to joining LREI, Angel has worked as a Property Manager. She is familiar with The National Affordable Housing Management Association process and paperwork. As a previous property manager, Angel leverages her experience and knowledge working with prospective tenants to set expectations and help them find a home.
