Who knows, maybe one day you will decide you have better things to do with your time or it just become too complicated to manage your investment property yourself, and you will consider us first? We want to provide tools, training and services to help you manage your property better, because if you are managing your own property, you are in the property management business just like us.
Large Portfolio Make Ready
For owners of portfolios with 20 or more units, we offer Make Ready Contracting Services. We will build a scope, bid, manage, warranty, and complete work on your property. We offer before and after videos for out of state investors. The average time to schedule is two weeks in advance and 1 week to complete a major turn. All materials are preselected rental finishes. We do not perform "flips" for owner occupant properties at this time.
Roofing & Windows
We have specialized crews that perform Roofing, LVT Flooring, and Replacement Window installs. They are outfitted with 16' Box Trucks and all the tools and equipment necessary. We use wholesale supplies and keep costs low. We keep flooring and roofing in stock. This service is not available for Residential owners but we will extend services to an Investor's Personal Residence. We perform replacement only.
